The first is regarding a police officer from the City of Milwalkee, Wisconsin arresting Bernson (Plaintiff) for having a firearm at a gas station which was within 1000 feet of a school zone. The 2nd regards 2 officers from the City of Racine, Wisconsin arresting Rock (Plaintiff) for having a firearm on his porch which is within 1000 feet of a school zone.
