Cummings et. al v. Kemp et. al.
During the Covid-19 emergency declaration, probate courts are not processing Weapons Carry License applications. This lawsuit seeks to force Judge Laine, Judge of the Probate Court of Hall County, to accept WCL applications and issue licenses or require Gov. Kemp to no longer enforce state carry law requiring a license during the declared emergency.
